Immersion
as i work with the younger teachers, i feel like they are technology 24/7....sometimes i am lucky if i check my personal email 1/wk let alone daily.....I'm not as immersed in the technology as they are....i wish i could be....i'm not sure how to increase my immersion...hopefully, working with his grant group will improve my skills

I don't see too many "older" I.T. people - most are young like those teachers. I think the key is keeping "hungry" when it comes to technology - not just the newest gadgets, though that too, but how those gadgets are being used. Sounds like this grant group should whet your appetite.
